We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging

  • Invoice or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)

Exchange Process

  • Contact customer support with images/videos

  • Once approved, exchange will be processed
